Shipping policy

Male’ & Hulhumale’

• Standard Delivery: If weather permits, orders are delivered the same day between 8-11pm.
• Late Orders: Orders placed after 7 PM will be delivered the following night.
• Ground Floor Policy: Deliveries are only made to the ground floor.

Villingili

• Orders are delivered to the Ferry Terminal and handed over to the ferry.
• Our delivery agent will notify you via phone call upon handover.

Boat Orders

• Order Details: Include the boat name, location, departure time, and contact number in the “Notes”.
• Preparation Time: Provide at least 24 hours before the boat's departure for processing and arranging delivery.
• Late Orders: Same day orders will not be processed on the same day due to our 24-hour pre-order requirement.
• Delivery Timing: Deliveries are free of charge between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. Deliveries outside this time frame will cost an additional MVR30.
